Notiflex provides a centralized platform for academic coordination, allowing Class Representatives (CRs) and students to track quizzes, assignments, lab reports, and class notices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Users designated as Class Representatives have elevated permissions to manage sections and items. CRs agree to use these tools responsibly and solely for legitimate academic purposes. Notiflex reserves the right to revoke CR status if these guidelines are violated.
The Notiflex logo, design, software, and original content are the exclusive property of Notiflex and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or code is strictly prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NOTIFLEX DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ACADEMIC DEADLINES OR THE UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall Notiflex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed academic deadlines or data loss.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Notiflex after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
