Notiflex gives every Class Representative a starting section quota to prevent accidental misuse. If your academic load requires more sections, email notiflexbd@gmail.com with a short explanation and we can review your request.

What should I include in a limit increase request?

Tell us your class size, number of expected sections, and whether you need member capacity for multiple groups. This helps us approve the request faster and tailor the platform to your class requirements.

02. Section Member Capacity

How many students can join one section?

Notiflex is built for real classroom sizes, so you can invite the full section range used by your college or school. If your section has more members than expected, contact support to make sure the member capacity is aligned with your academic program.

How do I add all students quickly?

Share the section join code or link with your classmates. Students can join independently without manual approval, so members can be added quickly during the first meeting.

What happens when a section reaches capacity?

If the system detects a large section size, our support team can review the section and increase limits if needed. Reach out to notiflexbd@gmail.com if you expect more students than the default capacity.

What should a Class Representative post first?

Start with a welcome notice, section rules, and the first assignment or quiz schedule. A clear introduction helps students know where to find updates and how the section will be used.

How can students stay informed?

Students should check the section dashboard regularly and enable browser notifications if available. Important updates like deadlines, lab changes, and notices should be posted as soon as possible.

What do students appreciate most from CRs?

Consistent updates, clear deadlines, and easy access to assignment and quiz information. Keep posts short, organized, and labeled as assignment, quiz, lab, or notice so everyone can understand them quickly.

04. Academic Content Management

How do I create assignments, lab tasks, quizzes, and notices?

Use the section item form to choose the correct category and enter details like due date, topic, and any attachments. This keeps your content structured and easy for classmates to review.

Can I edit or delete a post after publishing?

Yes. Items you create can be edited or removed from the section item list. If students already saw the post, add a follow-up notice so the change is clear.

How should I label notices for class members?

Tag posts clearly as Assignment, Quiz, Lab, or Notice. This helps students scan the timeline and identify the content they need without missing important academic updates.

05. Changing Section Details

How do I change section information?

Section details like name, description, and schedule can be updated from the section settings page. You can also refresh the join code if you want a new link for students.

What should I do if I need to rename a section?

Edit the section name and post a short notice telling members about the new title. This keeps everyone on the same page and avoids confusion during the semester.

06. Account & Support

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from your Account Settings. Deleting your account is permanent and removes all section data associated with your profile.
